2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating-system information in server logs to deliver and secure the website.

3. Local storage

The language preference may be stored locally in your browser. It is not transmitted to Resident Friend.

4. Booking requests

The booking form prepares a message for WhatsApp. Your data is transmitted only after you choose to continue in WhatsApp. WhatsApp/Meta processes data under its own terms. You may alternatively contact us by email or phone.

5. PayPal

The PayPal button opens an external PayPal payment page. PayPal processes payment and device data under its own privacy notice. Availability must be confirmed before paying the 50% deposit.

6. Google Maps

Google Maps is not loaded automatically. It loads only after you click the consent button on the About page. At that point, Google may process your IP address and other device data.

7. Social and external links

Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Resident Advisor are ordinary external links. Their services receive data only after you open them.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Retention

Booking and contact data is retained only as long as required to respond, perform the contract and meet applicable statutory record-keeping duties.
